Dorchester Downs is a beautiful 49-acre facility conveniently located just off the 401 highway in Dorchester, Ontario, and 15 minutes from downtown London.

The property was purchased by Western Fair Association, operators of The Raceway at Western Fair District, in July of 2024, furthering the association’s commitment to horse racing in Southwestern Ontario.

Home to some of the largest stables in this part of the province, the facility boasts more than 100 stalls, a well-maintained 5/8 mile track, equicizer, 20-plus paddocks as well as large workshop that houses equipment used for maintaining the track and property. There are two large barns, each containing washrooms and wash racks.

The facility is centrally located just 15 minutes from The Raceway at Western Fair District and less than 90 minutes from Mohawk, Flamboro and Grand River Raceway.
